UKS2 – Refugees Week 2: Illegal and The Unforgotten Coat
This week features an exploration of 3 pieces themed around refugees – the graphic novel Illegal, a poem by Brian Bilston called Refugees and an extract from The Unforgotten Coat – with daily vocabulary work and retrieval practice plus work on a range of KS2 reading comprehension skills based on the National Curriculum reading content domains. UKS2 planning also features a CHALLENGE task following each day’s work!
