Remembrance is a hugely important part of the year and whole-class reading provides a perfect opportunity to bring discussions into the classroom.
This KS1 resource features a week of fully-planned whole-class reading looking at three movie trailers – Valiant, Mulan and Sgt. Stubby!
There is daily vocabulary work and retrieval practice, plus work on a range of KS1 reading comprehension skills based on the National Curriculum reading content domains.
