This LKS2 resource features a week of fully-planned whole-class reading themed around the Awesome Earth topic! Included is an extract from the brilliant non-fiction book The Street Beneath my Feet, a Newsround article on the Autumn Equinox and a BBC Bitesize article on Planet Earth!

There is daily vocabulary work and retrieval practice, plus work on a range of KS2 reading comprehension skills based on the National Curriculum reading content domains.
