LKS2 – Awesome Women: Mary Anning
International Women’s Day happens in March and is the perfect time to read about fantastic women through history.
This week of reading for LKS2 features an exploration of the legendary fossil hunter Mary Anning, with a look at the books Stone Girl Bone Girl and Lightning Mary, plus a BBC Bitesize article on the woman.
