LKS2 – Bonfire Night WCR
Children love Bonfire Night, so why would you not bring it into the classroom if you could?!
This LKS2 resource features a week of fully-planned whole-class reading looking at an extract from The Fire Bay Adventure, a BBC Bitesize article on Guy Fawkes and a poem by Enid Blyton called The Bonfire at Night!
There is daily vocabulary work and retrieval practice, plus work on a range of KS2 reading comprehension skills based on the National Curriculum reading content domains.
