UKS2 – Remembrance Planning 1

Description

This week is themed around Remembrance and war and includes an extract from 50 Things You Should Know About the Second World War, the poem Wait for Me and a BBC News article on a World War Two dog! There is daily vocabulary work and retrieval practice plus work on a range of KS2 reading comprehension skills based on the National Curriculum reading content domains. UKS2 planning also features a CHALLENGE task following each day’s work!
