UKS2 – Destination: Malawi
This UKS2 resource features a week of fully-planned whole-class reading themed around the amazing country of Malawi!
The week features a look at an extract from The Boy Who Harnessed the Wind, a look at the Netflix movie trailer with the same name plus a look at the BBC Malawi country profile.
There is daily vocabulary work and retrieval practice, plus work on a range of KS2 reading comprehension skills based on the National Curriculum reading content domains.
Three writing challenges are also included!
