UKS2 – Vikings Topic WCR!
This UKS2 resource features a week of fully-planned whole-class reading with a focus on the topic of the Vikings!
There are extracts from two excellent books – The Saga of Erik the Viking and Olaf the Viking – plus a BBC Bitesize article called ‘Who Were the Vikings?’
There is daily vocabulary work and retrieval practice, plus work on a range of KS2 reading comprehension skills based on the National Curriculum reading content domains.
Three writing challenges are also included!
