LKS2 – Grandparents Week 1
This LKS2 resource features a week of fully-planned whole-class reading themed around Grandparents, with Grandparents Day being celebrated at the start of the busy month of October!
There are three days of work featuring extracts from three excellent books – Grandpa Bert and the Ghost Snatchers, Grandpa was an Astronaut and I Lost My Granny in the Supermarket!
There is daily vocabulary work and retrieval practice, plus work on a range of KS2 reading comprehension skills based on the National Curriculum reading content domains.
