UKS2 – Books About Dogs
This week features three days on books about dogs and would fit perfectly in April’s National Pet Month! There are extracts from three brilliant books: The Dog Who Saved the World, I Am Rebel and Dogs of the Deadlands.
There is daily vocabulary work and retrieval practice plus work on a range of UKS2 reading comprehension skills based on the National Curriculum reading content domains.
Vocabulary work now includes a look at morphology, etymology, collocation and connotation!
Three writing challenges are included!
