KS1 – Books About Dogs!
This week features three days on books about dogs and would fit perfectly in April’s National Pet Month! There are extracts from the picture book The Detective Dog, and the novels Jasper Space Dog and The Beach Puppy.
There is daily vocabulary work and retrieval practice plus work on a range of KS1 reading comprehension skills based on the National Curriculum reading content domains.
Vocabulary work now includes a look at morphology and etymology!
