LKS2 Pride Month WCR

This LKS2 resource features a week of fully-planned whole-class reading themed around Pride and inclusion, perfect to use during Pride Month in June.

There are extracts from three fantastic books – some non-fiction in A Year of Pride and Joy, plus two books from The Marvellous Granny Jinks and Me series!

There is daily vocabulary work and retrieval practice plus work on a range of LKS2 reading comprehension skills based on the National Curriculum reading content domains.

Vocabulary work now includes a look at morphology and etymology!
