UKS2 - Grandparents Week 1

This UKS2 resource features a week of fully-planned whole-class reading themed around Grandparents, with Grandparents Day being celebrated at the start of the busy month of October!

There are three days of work featuring extracts from three awesome books – Grandpa Frank’s Great Big Bucket List, Check Mate and Pages and Co: Tilly and the Bookwanderers!

There is daily vocabulary work and retrieval practice, plus work on a range of KS2 reading comprehension skills based on the National Curriculum reading content domains.

Three writing challenges are also included.
