This UKS2 resource features a week of fully-planned whole-class reading featuring the brilliant picture book Here We Are by Oliver Jeffers!
As well as the book, there is an article from Newsround on Earth Day and a feature with Sir David Attenborough discussing population growth to explore.
There is daily vocabulary work and retrieval practice, plus work on a range of KS2 reading comprehension skills based on the National Curriculum reading content domains.
