UKS2 - New Year Reading Planning

This week features an exploration of 3 extracts themed around New Year – an extract from Every Month is a New Year, a Scholastic article on New Year traditions and Tennyson’s poem Ring Out, Wild Bells – with daily vocabulary work and retrieval practice plus work on a range of KS2 reading comprehension skills based on the National Curriculum reading content domains. UKS2 planning also features a CHALLENGE task following each day’s work!
