LKS2 Refugee Week 2 WCR

This week features three days looking at extracts themed around refugees to use as part of June’s Refugee Week!

There are extracts from three fantastic books – The Boy at the Back of the Class, Shadow and A Story Like the Wind!

There is daily vocabulary work and retrieval practice plus work on a range of LKS2 reading comprehension skills based on the National Curriculum reading content domains.

Vocabulary work now includes a look at morphology and etymology!
